OneClick-Med

Overview
OneClick Med is a product in the Healthcare industry that started as a project for which I was contracted to be the UI/UX Designer. As the only UI/UX Designer, I worked with the product owners and product managers to create the product from the ideas they had and the research outcome. In the initial stages, the direction of the product was to create a product with so many features to attend to almost all the Healthcare needs of individuals.
It was also to help hospitals, pharmacies and laboratories to render Healthcare services better to their customers. While starting, the product owner insisted we start with the webapp against my professional recommendations that the product should start with a mobile app. I eventually gave in and designed it that way. Eventually, we pivoted to a new direction, focusing on providing unified medical records for patients through a mobile app.

Processs
Focusing on iterating fast, the project development agile. After researching some competing products and getting insights from the responses of potential users to a survey form, the initial direction of the product was substantial to start with. The UX flow, style guide and other foundational design elements were then created.
By keeping the target users in mind, I ensured the design was tailored to the culture of the target users in order to give an excellent user experience. I didn't create wireframes for the product because we iterated fast and needed to be able to visualize the high fidelity screens and prototype fast enough. A lot of iterations went into the process until conclusions were made on the directions that work best.

Outcome
Results speak for themselves. After several research, meetings, iterations, pitching and considerations, we made significant progress and had some validations and achievements. Partnerships have been secured and potential investors have shown continued interest in the product. Several pitching contests have been won through the product as well.
